Please inform if you are able to deliver a powder coating machine in accordance with the following preliminary specifications:
Used powder is Hysol DK18-05 gold of Loctite.
Machine must be able to maintain a constant temperature +/- 2 degr. (preliminary spec)
Temperature must be adjusted between 100 and 150 degr. (frozen spec.)
Machine must be able to dip 150 telecoils in one batch (preliminary spec.)
Machine must be able to do several dip cycles (heat, dip, heat, dip, heat, dip, etc) (frozen spec.)
Transport time between heating and dipping: <1 [sec.] ((preliminary spec)
Dip time between 0 and 5 [sec.] (preliminary spec.)
