I have just completed my first Narrow Web LaserMounter (radically different to the 1st design), has been CNC manufactured made for a customer who needed one that could accommodate 6" to 20". The design can be easily modified to go up to 26".
This machine has the cameras, lasers and layup table combined in one subframe, that means that there is no need to adjust individual components, they all move together.
Microdot mounter is obsolete, long live the LaserMounter |
