WHO WE ARE
Quimica Nobleza is located in the industrial zone of Tizayuca, Hgo, north of Mexico city. We are proud of being a Mexican company with an average of 40 collaborators.
Funded in 1982, began with the operation of the sulfonation plant, which was designed, fabricated and was put in commercial operation by the associates who are themselves Chemical Engineers.
In Quimica Nobleza we fabricate and sell chemical products for the detergent and cosmetic industry, which we export to Brazil and USA, as well as other countries.
WHAT WE DO
1. SULFONATION
Since 1985, we fabricate and sell Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid (ADBS), which is a liquid with a concentration of 96%.
This product is the raw material used for the fabrication of detergents and liquid cleaners like “Mr. Clean”.
2. DRYING.
Since 1988 we fabricate the Sodium Sulfonate,through the drying process, with the following active ingredient concentrations:
A-90, powder with a concentration of 90%, exported to the USA.
A-80, powder with a concentration of 80%, exported to Brazil and sold to transnationals.
These products are the raw material used to elaborate detergents and powder or liquid cleaners, industrial lubricants, degreasers, and home cleaning products.
3. PASTES.
In the pastes process, Sodium Sulfonates are fabricated with the following active ingredient concentrations:
A-60, paste with a concentration of 60%, sales in large companies
A-43, liquid with a concentration of 43%, national sales
A-25, liquid with a concentration of 24%, national sales
These products are the raw material used to elaborate detergents and powder or liquid cleaners for personal and household.
ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Since Quimica Nobleza started in 1982, it designed and fabricated with its own ressources the design and fabrication ,commissioning, and commercialization of the sulfonation plant.
2. Design and manufacturing of a new Sulfonation reactor which produced highest quality product of the world.
