Hunan Kemeida Electric Co., Ltd is the strongest manufacturer who can develop, design and manufacture electromagnetic products in China. The main products are: Electro-magnetic Stirrer (EMS), Lifting Electromagnet, Electromagnetic & Permanent magnet Separator, Cable Reel, etc. Kemeida has owned eight patents of nation class, such as MEMS for Slab, Multi-function Electro-Magnetic Separator and Non-contact Electrical Controller.
Our markets cover many fields, such as: metallurgy, electricity, machinery, transportation, mine and chemistry industry. Our products have been exported to Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India and some other countries. There are 266 employees now in Kemeida, among them 3 professors and 10 senior engineers, 40 engineers and 109 technical personnel. We have imported welding auxiliary machine, winding machine and digital machine tools of 60 nos. Headquarters covers 16500s qm of construction area.

We have been honored as Excellent Private Enterprise, Perfect Quality Management Enterprise and High & New Technology Enterprise by the government. Kemeida approved to ISO9001:2000 in 2001. High Efficiency & Energy Saving Lifting Electromagnets, which was developed by Kemeida, was honoured Torch Certificate of Science Minister of China in April 2003. Mulit- Function Electromagnetic Separator was honoured the first prize of National Scientific Development Award in Jan, 2005. Kemeida is also supplier for 200MW and 300MW of coal generator and Research Centre of Electro-Magnetic Technology of Yueyang. Kemeida has designed and manufactured more than 200 sets of EMS and more than 700 nos of coils for most of steel plants here in China.
Based on strong technical ability, Kemeida is developing construction machinery, electrical engineering and rare earth permanent magnet technology as well as consolidating and developing electromagnetic products. Kemeida is developing to a joint-stock enterprise with main products of electromagnetic and other machinery and electrical automatic equipments. |
