It is a modern enterprise which gives complete service from designing & manufacturing of molds to molding. It occupies an area of 15,000 square meters and the building area is 8,000 square meters. After many years of hard work we have developed good techniques & gained strength in mould making. We use world famous high-precision equipments in our machine shop such as MAKINO, CHANGDAO and HAAS etc, and use management systems with strict quality standards. We have good experience in manufacturing high-precision moulds for Commodity items, Auto components, Electronics and other areas.
We have developed special technical expertise in two shot injection moulds and automatic double injection moulds which use soft materials like TPE / TPR to overmould on top of hard base material. This makes the products with great aesthetics with soft feel / touch and with anti-slide property. Now our technique is being widely used on toothbrush handles, shaver handle, pen cap, mobile cover, car decoration etc. We have developed expertise and use scientific techniques to make such special product moulds. We have truly become one of the biggest manufacturers of double component injection moulds in China.
