Dear Sir.

We are Forestry Company in Mexico; the plantation today is 85% of Eucalyptus and 15% G Melina. We are interested in an MDF production line for a capacity of 300,000 m3/ per year with a supply of 65% solid, 17% saw dust and 23 % chip – We would like advice on the following topics:
• With these percentages how much does it equal for 1 m3 of MDF?
• The MDF production line can manufacture thicknesses on what ranges (3mm to 30 mm)?
• According to these volumes is there a standard average cost of manufacture per m3?
• Quotes including necessary equipment for environment control (water treatment and gas emission).
• Delivery Times, from design up to final set up of factory, personnel training.
We would appreciate the most information in order to structure a financial analysis and planning of the project.
