The company is located in pipe base of China-Wuliyao Development Area of Yanshan County,which is near the west shore of Bohai and Jingjin to its north and Qilu to its south.It is 40 kilometers from the factory area to Jinghu and Shuohuang Highway,40 kilometers to Jingfu and Shihuang Highway. 10 kilometers to Jingshan Highway. The national road 205-Cangle Road runs through here which brings convenient geography postion and good transportation.
The major products of the company includes:samless steeel bend,tee joint bent,pipe with different diameters,curved pipe,steel butt-welding bend,tee joint bend,cross joint bent,flange and so on.They are three series,18 kinds of materials,over 360 standards and types.We can provide seamless steel bends of Ф18mm-Ф720mm,steel butt-welding bends of Ф325mm-Ф2420mm and so on.
The main production equipments are:3 intermediate-frequency extruding machines,2 intermediate-frequency curving pipe machines,4 hydraulic-pressure machines,3 plasma cutting machines,8 cranes,3 electrical auto-sloping machines,5 gas-protection welders,9 silicon commuting welders,1 auto-bakers,26 machining process equipments,2 hammers for pressing stick,1 polishing machines.The main testing equipments are:1 hydraulic-pressure universal testing machines with computer screen,2 X-ry crack detection machines ultrasonic flaw detectors,magnetism powder flaw detectors,ultrasonic thickness indicators,optical high temperature machines,spectrocomparators,digital sclerometers,crystal analizors,ultralow carbon high-speed analizors,carbon-sulphur high-speed analizors,three element analizors,osmosis testing machines and so on.
