SunShine Mould Company is a Taiwanese funded enterprise. Technical core team of the company came from the professionals of TDK, which is pioneer of magnetic materials.
It is located in Diaolang Administration Area, Huangjiang Town,Dongguan City in Guangdong Province. Established in October 2001, it owns 300 proffersional managers and technicians with an area of 6,000 square meters. It awarded the certificate of ISO9001:2008 SGS in September 2002. We are specialized in magnetic materials mold and powder metallurgy mold.
We introduced world top-level manufacturing equipments: AGIE, CHARMILLES, SODICK and etc. Inspection equipment: Japan ACCRETECH contourgraph, roundtest, MITUTOYO laser measuring instrument and Germany ZEISS trilinear coordinates measuring instrument and etc. We largely adopted first-class materials, fox example tungsten steel and HSS-PM, making products with equability, reliability and durability.
