Covering an area of about 50,000 square meters, Tianjin Quanyou Steel Ropes Co., Ltd (former Tianjin Sanhuan Metal Products Company) is specialized in producing various kinds of(galvanized or bright) steel wire ropes, steel wire strands (cables)and steel wire. With an annual output capacity of 50,000 tons product, her main product can be divided:
1) Surface:
Gavanized(light/heavy), bright, with or without oil.
2) Use:
Steel wire ropes for elevators , lever blocks, mine, petroleum extraction, hoisting, ropeway, steel wire strands (cable)for electrical power and information transmission, steel wire for various steel wire ropes and cables and so on.
3) Structure:
Multi-strand irrotatable steel wire ropes, linear contact lay steel wire ropes, surface contact lay steel wire ropes, point contact lay steel wire ropes, compactive-forging steel wire ropes and so on
4) Standard
Besides some ordinary G/B standard, we can also produce products as ASTM B 498, BS 4565, EN10223 , ASTM A 475, DIN 3054, GOST9850 and so on.
We got certified from the ISO 9000 (International Standards Organization 9000) in 1998, form the CSCO(China Ship’s Classification Organization) and MA in 1999. In 2000, “SANHUAN” was granted as “The Famous Brand of Tianjin” by Tianjin Government. In 2001, our products got the “the Golden Cup of Metallurgy Substance Product” .Tianjin Quanyou was chose as the Deputy Chairman Unit of the Tianjin Metal Product Association. In order to meet the needs of market, we set up a new productline which has an annual output of 5,000 tons to produce elevator steel ropes in 2008 and got the production licence of the elevator steel ropes and also got a good favor from our clients.
