Our enterprise was established in 1988, with more than 20 years' history. Our company is located in Jinqiao Management Area, Dashiqiao City, near the exit of Yingkou Stop of Shenda Highway, enjoying very convenient transportation. Our enterprise covers an area of 26783 square meters, including a building area of 7954 square meters. We have the fixed assets of 68 million Yuan and 286 employees, including 16 managers, 32 technical specialists and 12 professional engineers. Dashiqiao City Minghai Machine Forging Corporation is a modern corporation which is mainly working on forging and machining. Our main special forging facilities are as follows: 4500t forging hydraulic presses, 5t electric-liquid hammers, 750kg air hammers, 50t handing machines, 5t handing machines, 3t handing machines, 14 sets of coal gas producers and furnaces, 3 sets of 50t cranes, 4 sets of 20t, 16t, 10t and 5t cranes and 10 sets of mechanical cutting sawing machines under 2000mm. All kinds of processing machines are: 5000mm CNC vertical turning machines and 2000mm*16000mm horizontal lathes. The two kinds of machines mentioned above are totally more than 50 sets. The detection equipment is: hydraulic universal tester, impact tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, metallographic examination device and perfect chemistry analysis laboratory. Our enterprise was approved by ISO9001:2000 quality system, and entered into Forging association in China on Jan 1st, 2002. We gained the "safe-register certificate" of steel forged pieces used in pressure vessels, and our certificate was awarded by National Boiler Pressure Vessel Standardization Technique Commission. We obtained the Manufacture License of Special Equipment of People's republic of China on April 29, 2009 and then we gained the License of "Working on A Rate Pressure Tube Material Manufacture". Since our enterprise was founded, we have been continually conferred the title of "Observing the Contract and Emphasizing the Reputation" by the government of Yingkou. We gained the title of "Province Rate Corporation of Observing the Contract and Emphasizing the Reputation" in 2007. Meanwhile, our enterprise has been rated as a start enterprise by Dashiqiao's PG. The manager of our enterprise gained the honor of "the labor diploma of May Day" in 2009, awarded by Dashiqiao's RG. He was conferred the title of "one of the 10 remarkable men of the Liaoning economy and society development in equipment manufacturing industry" on July 28, 2010. Our annual production capacity can reach more than 50,000 tons. Our main products are: gears, telescopic axles, loops and all kinds of unconventional type free forging pieces and high, medium and low pressure flanges in different specifications. The materials are forgeable materials like carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. The biggest diameter of a forging piece we can forge is 5000mm, and the weight of each piece is 50 tons and the length is 16000mm. We can also produce products strictly according to the drawing sheets you give us. Our annual output value is 2.8 billion Yuan, and our products are sold to oil plants, military organizations, thermal power plants, wind power plants, nuclear plants, shipbuilding plants, oil refineries, chemical plants, iatrology organizations, auto manufacturing plants, pressure vessel plants and others all over the world.
