Nord Machinery Co., Ltd is a foundry, located in Henxi Town, Yinzhou Dirstrict, Ningbo, Zhejiang. We have been ISO9000 certifited.
Our factory mainly uses precision casting to produce various machinery accessories, such as agricultural machinery, mining equipment, construction machinery and transportation equipment. You will find the wheels, axles for trains or freight wagons, the ripper tines for planter, bucket teeth for excavator and so on in our website.
The main techniques we usually use is precision casting, investment casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, sand casting and silica sol casting. And our engineers will choose the different technique according to the drawings and the specific requirements. Also we have our own heat-treating and machining workshops. So we could do the machining process for you.
In order to control the high quality precision castings, we will use different inspecification equipment, such as spectrometers, magnetic particle testing machine, ultrasonic testing equipment, CMM, tensile equipment and impact equipment. Because we have been in casting industry for many years, we have the strong capacity in the design of precision casting and the system of testing the quality.
Our annual export reaches at 20000 tons. The products are mostly exported to America, Canada, Australia, UK and other countries. Till now, we have got the good impression from our customers.
