Xuda Mold International Co., Limited is a professional mold factory in Shenzhen, which was established in 2000. We have high-level technical project management, and our tooling department is able to produce various sizes and types of molds for telecommunication devices, telephones, calculators, remote control and electronic accessories etc.
We maintain the headquarters in Hong Kong for general operation and move the production line to Long gang of Shenzhen. Combining our PDG (Professional Design Group) and CAD & CAM & PRO-E facilities with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tools, we are able to offer complete services of full 3D design and manufacture.
Our injection products are widely used in making telecommunication products, OA products, various electronic accessories and tableware. Our raw materials are mainly from Japan and the USA. We are able to produce the products made of ABS, HIPS, PMMA, PC, POM, PBT, PP, PA66, PPO, PVC, PET and others. Different production lines can handle the processes of spraying, silk-screening and UV printing to match the demands of the markets.
