Huiyou has applied the most advanced investment casting instruments, including 2 CNC machine, 2 Medium frequency induction furnaces, 12 automatic wax injectors and 2 full-automatic wax injectors, 1 wax stabilizer and distribution system, 3 fully automatic robotic shelling systems and 1 James automatic vacuum machine, etc. Also, we could assist in formulating a comprehensive testing program to assure the final integrity of your parts. In house capabilities, we could do Spectrographic Analysis, Tensile test, Impact test, hardness test and metallographic analysis. Our quality system complies with ISO 9001/2008. Tolerance is according to either Germany VDGP690 or DIN ISO2768. The standard applied to materials includes GB, American ASTM, Japan AISI, Germany DIN, British BS etc. Product quality is approved by EU ROHS 2005/95/EC and 2005/618/EC.With the implementation of CAD and computerized management system, Huiyou is able to fulfill our customers’ requirements in a positive manner.
