  1 .Fine materials
By using the advanced meltage technology from the abroad and the strong industrial link, our factory produces high quality borosilicate glass tube. The borosilicate glass invented by the Corning Co. in 1915 is called “the Glass King” which reaches to the standard of USA ASTM-E438 and ISO 3585:1991. For the perfect thermal expansion coeffient, it can be against the strong temperature fluctuation. And for the good chemical steadiness parameter, the borosilicate is not harmful to end-users.

2.Excellent technology
(1) We adopt the domestic advanced sputtering technology to produce TYY-AA series, TYY-MC series and TYY-P series evacuated tube.
A.TYY-AA series:
It has the advantages of high absorption (0.86-0.92/AM1.5) and low emittance (≤0.08/80℃±5℃), which is invented by Yin Zhiqiang, Professor of Tsingua University, and used in the civil solar water heaters extensively. Its selective absorption layer adopts the graded AL-N (aluminum nitride) cermets layer. Its film structure is AL-N/AL-N/AL-N/AL/AL-N(adhesion) which can work effectively with the temperature of 200℃.
B.TYY-MC series: We developed the rotary three-targets magnetron sputtering technology together with the New Energy Center of Peking University and used it to produce TYY-MC series (Double M-ALN cermets layers) tube which has the advantages of highest thermal efficiency (0.96); lowest emittance rate (≤0.04/20℃) and working effectively with the high temperature of 300-350℃ in the contrast to the normal evacuated tube. The corresponding film structure is ALN/M-ALN(LMVF)-M-ALN(HMVF)/Cu.

C.TYY-P series: We can produce TYY-P series, which combine the heater tube and vacuum tube. It transmits the thermal energy quickly and can work against the high pressure. And it may prevent the tube from being destroyed by frost while it works in some extremely cold area.

(2) Our company clears the surface of the glass tube with the deion water combining with the ultrasonic technology to ensure the perfect combination of the tube and the absorption layer.
Adopting the advanced meltage-sealing technology to ensure the perfect connection of inner tube and outer tube, the tube is strong enough to lower the destroyed rate in the process of the transportation, installment and normal operation.

Advanced Equipments
(1) We have the automatic coater machine with model JCDU and the high accurate vacuum exhaustion equipment. And we have the advanced Optosol-Alpameter machine, which is made in Germany, to examines the absorption rate and emittance rate of the absorption layer, and deal with the datum in the computer on line by imitating the spectrum and the sun energy test against the aging.
(2) We have the electronic long-distance communication auditing system in the production process which makes us know the digital control of product quality.
