Product Detail

LBZ1800 Automatic Insulating Glass Produce Line is the special machine to produce the alu-frame insulating glass. After cleaning the single glass which thickness is above 3mm, then combining and pressing the glass.
The process as follows:
Put the first glass on the Feed Part(01),then press the foot switch, the first glass will enter into the washing and drying part(02), and the first glass is washed by the 3pairs of the brushes then it enter into the drying room. A pair of wind knives with big power makes surface dry, and then the first glass enters into the lamp inspection part (03), on the shining of the light to check the cleaning result. With the inducing of the photoelectric switch (1), the glass passes the alu-frame location part (04) to the flat press part (05) with the speed first slowdown then accelerating. It will slowdown when passing the photoelectric switch (3), and it will stop after passing photoelectric switch(4), the pressing sucker feed and catch up then back.
Put the second glass on the input part(01),then through the (02)part(as above),(03)part(as above),enter the (04)part, stopped when passing photoelectric switch (2),press the foot button and the alu- frame location is raising and after setting the aluminum frame, then press another foot button , it will enter the pressing part. Pass the photoelectric switch (3,4) slow-down and stopped to orientation ,at this time it is pressing the pieces ,then go into the tilting sending part (06),stopped when meet the travel switch. The flat press work is completely done under the instruction of the computer, all the process is stopped to here.
