It adopts controller to program operation, set of around phtotoelectriciry correct an error, two way compensation color code aligning, four sets of temperature controlled, cased freely ect. The successful trialproduction of this machine has end the history of packing bags by hand.This machine is excellent in performance and high in technology content,which is the first choice of equipment for packing plasters automatically. 
Featrues: 
■ Programmable control: It adopts PLC programmable controller to make running of the whole machine programmed. 
■ Electronic Text Display: The information of the speed of machine,the set bag-length and the actual bag length and the packing output will be clearly displayed on the screen of display. 
■ Automatic regulating of bag length: The alternation of packing length can be directly set through the display.It is very convenient and quik with anautomatic adjustment. 
■ Two-way compensation of Colour Code Detection: It adopts Imported photoelectric detecting sensor to detect the color code and can conduct automatic tracking through PLC computer program combined with two-way compensating mechanism,thus making the color code detection quick and accurate. 
■ Around pthoto electricity correct an error: it can make pack two sides align, make them more smooth and beautiful. 
■ Waste material recovery device:It adopts magnetic powder control and drive device so as to balance the tension of packing material and make the whole machine run smoothly.
