A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: No MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available, better quantity better price.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.

Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and pay deposit for formal order.

Yes. We have the laser printing machine by ourself. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7. How to deal with faulty ?
If there is quality issue caused during 5 years warranty, we will send necessary replacements or new item to you for free in advance.

Q8. How can we get trust with each other since we are so far away from each other ?
