The double shaft shredder is a multifunctional and versatile machine. It adopts standardized modular design and good interchangeaility of parts and components. The auxiliary cutter is made of fine die forgings, and main cutter is made of special alloy steel by special technolgy with good wear resistance and high strength. The driving part is taking intermediate gear to form differential realtion. Sreen disassembly is convenient and simple, with elegant appearance, precise and compact structure.

3. Take PLC control system, including rotor speed change start, stop and reverse characteristics.

5. The design adopts the split bearing technology, which can quickly and effectively replace the blade.

6. Wear-resistant sepcial designed rotors.

7. The cutter needs to be replaced only after it has been roatated 4 times, which reduces the running cost and downtime.
